Hello! My name is Nery Alberto Rubil.

I am passionate about the world of soccer. I provide one-on-one counseling in player acquisition, coaching, and team building.

Throughout my career, I have worked and coached soccer clubs, recognizing the importance of compatibility between the different components for building a successful team.

About Me

From a very young age, soccer has been my passion, and I have been immersed in this exciting sport in various roles. From organizing teams with friends to representing colleagues in different clubs, my life has always been deeply connected to football in all its forms.

I studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Lomas de Zamora. In 2017, I began applying my knowledge as a Project Manager and Process Engineer, and later took on the role of Operations Manager in a professional football environment.

My main objective was to optimize operational resources and improve process efficiency, which helped strengthen various areas of the organization and focus investments on sports development.

As Operations Manager, I was also in charge of the high-performance training center, managing facilities such as the team’s hotel and restaurant. I coordinated logistics for the first team, working closely with top-level coaching staff to meet the needs of a highly competitive squad. This joint effort led to participation in international tournaments and historic achievements, including winning major titles in South American football.

Throughout my career, I have worked with world-class professionals and players, supporting their adaptation and performance. I’ve played a key role in contract negotiations, player development, and strategic planning, helping build strong and competitive squads.

In parallel with my operations role, I founded a football consulting agency based on a comprehensive vision of the game. My agency offers strategic services for players, coaching staff, clubs, and agents, providing financial advice, contract negotiation, and adaptation support for elite sports environments.

I maintain strong relationships with leading football agencies across South America and Europe, as well as an extensive network that includes club executives, sports directors, and affiliated professionals. I also collaborate with experts in sports-related fields such as sports medicine, psychology, nutrition, video analysis, and physical training.

I am excited to continue growing as a Manager Advisor and Sports Director, with a vision to help teams reach their full potential both on and off the field. I firmly believe that football is more than a sport—it is a passion that unites people and creates lasting opportunities for growth and excellence.
