Hello! My name is Nery Alberto Rubil.

I am passionate about the world of soccer. I provide one-on-one counseling in player acquisition, coaching, and team building.

Throughout my career, I have worked and coached soccer clubs, recognizing the importance of compatibility between the different components for building a successful team.

About Me

From a very young age, soccer has been my passion, and I have been immersed in this exciting sport in various capacities. From managing teams with friends to representing colleagues in different clubs, my life has been connected to soccer in all its forms.

I studied Industrial Engineer at the University of Lomas de Zamora, and in 2017, I applied my knowledge as a Project Manager and process engineering at the Defensa y Justicia Sports Club.

My main objective was to reduce and control expenses within the club, achieving an impressive 19% reduction in the annual budget of the main team expenditures. This reduction allowed funds to be redirected toward other activities and benefits.

As the head of the high-performance training center, I was also responsible for managing the club’s hotel and restaurant, where the first division stayed before each match and ate after training sessions. As I organized the activities at the training center, I became involved in the logistics and needs of the main team. I worked alongside Head Coach Sebastián Becaccece and his coaching staff, evaluating the needs of a competitive and top-level team. Our effort and dedication made us runners-up that season, granting us access to international competitions.

After this success, I began working with professional players within and outside the squad. One notable example is Lisandro Martínez, who became a world champion with Argentina. Later, I had the privilege of working with Hernán Crespo, who took charge of the first team, and an excellent coaching staff, including Alejandro Kohan as the fitness coach and Juan Brandan as the assistant coach. Utilizing my experience as an administrator and manager at Defensa y Justicia, their adaptation was quick, which also helped me in the continuity and negotiation of different players within the squad, such as Enzo Fernandez, David Martinez, Adonis Frias, the incorporation of Brian Romero, Walter Camacho, Francisco Pizzini, among other figures. With this team, we won the club's first championship, none other than the "Copa Sudamericana 2020". After this achievement, the coaching staff decided to step down and continue their careers in Brazil. Although I was offered the opportunity to continue my work there, my personal contract with the club and my aspirations for further achievements were more important to me, so I stayed with Defensa y Justicia for one more year.

My accomplishments and experiences at the club led me to make important decisions within the team, especially during Becaccece's third season, where our goal was to win the Recopa Sudamericana. As the Operations and Sports Manager, I negotiated contracts and improved salaries to retain as many players as possible. On April 14, 2021, four months after our first title, we won the Recopa Sudamericana, South America's second most important club title.

While working at Defensa y Justicia, I founded my own football consulting agency with a comprehensive vision encompassing players, coaching staff, sports institutions, and football agents. This 360° vision arises from the need for adaptation and demanding changes in a new team, as well as the fulfillment of objectives by the institution. My agency complements the demands of elite sports, offering financial advice, contract negotiation, and facilitating players' adaptation to their new clubs.

I have connections with leading soccer agencies in South America and Europe and an extensive network of contacts in clubs in Argentina and other Latin American countries, sports directors, presidents, and affiliates.

I also collaborate with professionals linked to sports, such as doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, video analysts, fitness coaches, goalkeeper coaches, and physiotherapists, who contribute their renowned experience at

I am excited to continue growing in my career as a Manager Advisor and Sports Director in the world of football.

I aim to continue helping teams reach their full potential, ensuring their success on and off the field. I have always believed that football is more than just a sport; it is a passion that brings people together and creates opportunities for growth and self-improvement. It is an honor to be part of this industry and contribute to its evolution.

The 5 Pillars of Three-Sixty Soccer

Soccer is more than a sport; it is a passion that brings people together, creating opportunities for personal growth and self-improvement.

While football has traditionally been seen as an improvisation environment where talent can surpass discipline, it is crucial to understand that passion must be managed in the best way possible. Instead of relying heavily on improvisation, we should always strive to be one step ahead and make strategic decisions based on a planned approach.

I understand the importance of balancing passion and talent with effective management and careful planning. Implementing a disciplined and strategic approach can maximize the team's potential and ensure we are prepared to face any challenges. Improvisation can sometimes be exciting, but consistency and long-term planning are essential for sustainable success.

My approach to working in the world of Soccer is based on a set of core values that guide all my actions and decisions, both on and off the field. These values are intrinsically linked to football and allow me to provide comprehensive and high-quality service to the players, teams, and clubs I work with.

These core values related to football define me as a professional and guide my approach to work. Through a passion for football, healthy competition, teamwork, ethics, fair play, innovation, and continuous improvement, I seek to contribute to the growth and success of players, teams, and clubs in the exciting world of football.
